General discussion • Failing To Run Some Video Files at VLC Media Player

Hi,

I tried to run some video files on Pi 5's VLC Media Player, however VLC could not run some files that run fine on my PC.
Firstly, I was able to run one video with the following codec info



And it was in MP4 format, the video files I couldn't run was in AVI format, converting them to MP4 didn't work.

Here is the codec info of videos I couldn't run. Their sizes are 901MB and 2.14GB respectively.





I moved the video files from my PC to Pi 5 via USB flash drive.
