Troubleshooting • Default SD card boot device.

HI,
I have big problems with my PI5. When I wanted to install the boot program on my SD card with PI Imager, I got these error messages:
unable to open storage device 'dev/mmcblk0'
unable to open storage device 'dev/sda'
and with this:
sudo raspi config
i have this result :
SD Card is default boot device

I find myself unable to reset the original settings and I feel that PI is corrupted a little. My PI has a HAT with an NVME SSD and the system boots on it. So, I would like to be able to install the Boot Boot on my SD. How can I proceed ? (Ideally, I would like to install Debian Bookworm instead).
