I have taken a quick look at the CM4 datasheet and it seems that the HSYNC and VSYNC lines are shared with the normal i2c bus. Furthermore the DPI interface seems to use all the gpio pins.
Is it possible to use SPI and i2c for other devices with an RGB lcd? Say I could run in rgb 565, to save some pins, is it wrong to assume I could use any 16 of the DPI_D* pins or does this only make certain ones available?
