Graphics, sound and multimedia • H265 playing with RPI Zero

Hello everyone. I want to play the video streams from my RTSP cameras (single stream at one time not multiple streams simultaneously). The format is 800 x 448, H265, 12 FPS. Can i use Raspberry Pi Zero to play this stream on ILI9341 display with FT6336 touch or should i use RPI3 instead?
