Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Add a Second UART on a RPI 4

I am using the default UART on GPIO14 and GPIO15.
I have been unable to find out how to add a second UART on my RPI 4 so I can use two independent UARTs.
What kind of one time configuration do I need to do and what GPIO ports are used/
