Hi,
I am using a RPI4B 8GB and the latest version of PiOS (fully updated).
I have created a Python script which runs .forever() in the terminal. Everything seems to work correctly, but if I leave the script running overnight (for example) and I log back into my Pi the Filemanger always seems to of crashed and none of the icons on my Desktop remain visible.
I am able to open the OS's start menu, internet browsers, terminal window etc just fine, but the Filemanger never will, I click on it's icon, but nothing ever happens.
This has been a constant issue over the past couple of weeks, web searches suggest running apt full-upgrade, but as I mentined, the OS is fully up to date.
I'm at a loss as what could be causng this.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the issue maybe?
Many thanks for any thoughts.
