Hi,
my son wants to learn to program in Python with Minecraft. There used to be an Raspbian version with Minecraft-pi which can be manipulated via programming in Python. However this Raspbian version is really old: wheezy.
However after trying serveral other things (Windows Minecraft with mod, using Buster but then you cannot install Minecraft-pi, etc). i figured the fastes way was simply installing this old Raspbian wheezy and everything should work.

So i dowloaded the old archives like: https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspb ... -raspbian/
However when i burn the image on a 32 Gb SD card, Raspbian will not start.
The result is a SD card with 3 partitions: 56 Mb Boot, 3 Gb primary partition and 26 unallocated space and it will not boot.

So i tried burning the image with Raspberry Pi Imager, Balena Etcher, etc. The result is the same.
What am i doing wrong? I can understand Wheezy is very old and obsolete.
But how to run minecraft-pi on an old Raspberry 3B?
