Troubleshooting • How to forget Wifi network? wpa_supplicant.conf file is blank

Every search I find says to edit wpa_supplicant.conf
Pi 5 with freshly installed Pi OS.

My file:
/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf

Code:

ctrl_interface=DIR=/var/run/wpa_supplicant GROUP=netdevupdate_config=1
There's nothing there. I am connected to one network, and have another saved.

The whole reason I need to delete it, is because one of the wifi connections doesn't work with Pi 5. I have no idea why, I have about 10 other devices on the network which works perfectly.
But the pi constantly drops out. Impossible to use SSH or anything. E.g for every 20 seconds connected, it drops out for almost a minute.

Luckily I have another Wifi (a range extender), and after I switched to that, it works fine. But sometimes it will switch back to the other one and problems start again.
