Let me explain, I posted a question on the official Raspberry Pi Facebook page concerning my Raspberry Pi 5 which is deformed and twisted with the original radiator which surprised me as an electronics engineer. I just asked the question if this didn't have an impact on long-term reliability, especially on the BGA soldering of the processor, and the moderator of the Facebook page responded very badly by calling me "dude" which Also surprised me that several people on the page. Since then I can no longer access the Raspberry PI Facebook page with my account whereas with my wife's I can access it very well!!! Is it normal for raspberry pi to blacklist a client from this page for no reason? And above all answer badly too, I have never lacked respect in my comments! I have been a customer since the very beginning and this reaction really shocks me and at the time I was not the only one on the page, I hope it is just an error and to be unblocked from this page.
