I am trying to re-flash a CM4. I had it set up and flashed for a 3d printer, but never put it into use (too many projects) Now I find my self needing to use it on a different 3d printer. I wanted to reflash the CM4 and start fresh, the original printer I set it up for has a lot of add ons that I dont need for this one. I am not good at getting certain things uninstalled correctly in linix so for me its usually easier to just start fresh. I have a CM4 with 32gb EMMC. I have that installed in the 3d printer board (BTT Manta M8P V2) and hooked to my computer via USB. I also have it powered from the main board and a 24v power supply (how it will run every day in the printer). I had issues with RPiboot but I never could see what the screen said, it would disapear before I could get back to it, but it would show up as a drive in windows. I tried flashing it with RPi Imager, and it will start writing very very slowly and then error out anywhere from 2% to 27% in. I finally got my wife to restart it for me so I could get a pic of what RPiboot was showing...
Hopefully this gives someone much smarter than me some idea of what is going on and how I can fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated!
