Want to preface with the fact that I'm new to using raspberry pi's and wireless transmission but for a project I'm working on I need to transmit images from a raspberry pi to a server I have but the main issue I'm having is the fact this raspberry pi will be off the coast in the ocean. It will basically be somewhere off the coast of like a beach, the raspberry pi itself will be underwater but if I can't get any solutions for underwater image transmission I can have it above water inside something like a buoy if that makes it easier. While doing some research I figured wifi is out of the picture, and I've come across LoRa but I wasn't sure if this would be suited for my situation so I was hoping for some feedback. The transmission range will be ideally more than 10km, and I need to transmit images(maybe a couple per day) and it doesn't have to be insanely fast.
