Beginners • Suitability for Body Cam Build

I'm considering a DIY body camera build for my delivery work.

I have the following

Raspberry Pi Zero 2w.
Removable Headers.
Camera (No Brand purchased from ebay) works with the Pi fine

I have never done anything like this before and have a few questions.

Can I add an on/off switch ?
Can I add a light or something to let me know about on/off status ?

Can I add a button that if I hold down for a few seconds starts/stops recording ?
Can I add a light and/or vibration to let me know recording is active ?

Having an on and idle power life of 4 to 6 hours would be good. I think I can do this with a power bank.
Power consumption is something i will want to keep optimised.

I was thinking that adding another removable sd card if I need to get a recording.
