Raspberry Pi OS • ADD an new menue item to Main Menu

Hi to all,

I am a ham operator and i currently setup a ham oriented Raspberry PI system.
I installed a few packages already and they all are available and accessible under the INTERNET menu item, which of course is not true for all packages. I would like to create an additional menu item HamRadio with some sub-menu items.

How to do it ? Where I can find the config files and how to tweak them ?
