Hello Advanced Users,
I have Raspberry Pi 4 and 5, these devices are used outdoors as long range wifi computing devices.
In summary, the onboard wifi wlan0 are short range and becomes lost connectivity with the AP and other devices on the network.
And so, I am trying to reconfigure this with two long range wifi usb dongle adapters for the solution wlan1 and wlan2.
Can I completely disable onboard wlan0 whereby dongle wlan1 becomes wlan0 (or remains as wlan1) in place of onboard wlan0?
Note ... I am using two dongles with two static ip address providing two specific data channels in the AP network and to the host server at 192.168.1.1.
Can this be done?
Thank you,
RED
