Troubleshooting • Pi 4b - Power Button EP077 not working

Hello,
I'm trying to use remote power button EP0077 (V1.22) to power On/Off my RPi, but after connecting power to the device (EP0077), then it won't boot as shown on my YT video. (Power diodes and ACT diode are flickering but no boot)
When I connect the power cable directly to RPi (EP0077 "addon" still connected), then the RPi Boots just fine and then automatically switch off using plymouth-poweroff.service. (Off course without EP0077 "addon" and comment on these lines dtoverlay=power-off,gpiopin=26 and dtoverlay=pi3-act-led,gpio=21 in the config file, then I boot fully to OS)
I have:

• RPi 4 B Rev 1.5 4Gb RAM
• Raspberry Pi OS (details here)
• Tried different power adapters Qoltec microUSB 5V⎓3,4A and Official Raspberry Pi 4 - 5V/3A with adapter

I followed the tutorial numerous times and even tried different gpio versions, but still without success.
