AI Camera - IMX500 • Raspberry Pi AI camera - ERROR: *** no cameras available ***

I got the Raspi IMX500 module and tried setting it up following exact steps as mentioned in documentation.
However, even after facing an issue

Test Environment
Device used: Raspi 4 Model B 4 GB board + imx500 raspi ai camera module
OS: bookworm (version 12 64-bit), update and upgrade step completed.
package installed: imx500-all
camera physical connection: They are proper and all correct, checked multiple times

We have setup Raspi AI camera with all necessary software and packages as described in the documentation.
However, after that we observed following issues.
[*]Raspi rebooting is taking way to long > 10 minutes, sometimes getting stuck, its not normal.
[*]When sample application execution is triggered, it opens preview window for fraction of second and stops with below error.
