I'm building a home surveillance camera system and want to use multiple still photos instead of video for the cleanest possible images for facial recognition, identification, etc. Once I get a trigger event, what is the most efficient method to capture as many still frames as possible? This will be a headless system so I don't need preview, just fast capture. I am flexible on output format but I am worried that choosing RAW might be an overwhelming amount of data. Hardware will be at least a RPi 4B and some RPi 5s. I would be pretty happy if I could get 5 FPS worth of jpegs at full resolution if that's reasonable.
Thanks!
Thanks!
