Troubleshooting • Help uninstall program to save the system

Is there a way to uninstall software? That is, to restore system to the state before 'bad software' were installed.

My RPi OS with desktop was downloaded 2 months ago and regularly sudo apt update, upgrade. It has been running nicely on RPi 5, 8GB RAM until I installed several system utilities. I typed in:

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrase
sudo apt install iotop
sudo apt install saidar
sudo apt install atop
sudo apt install stacer
sudo apt install powertop
sudo apt install tlp

then I turned off CPU1
sudo echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online

I tried to re-turn-on CPU1 but it said error
sudo echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
bash: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online: Permission denied

htop shows CPU1 was offline
I powered down the RPi5, wait 3 minutes, unplug cables, re-plug cables, power up and it rebooted

Now I have these errors
1. after power down and reboot, click top right hand corner WiFi and it can log on WiFi AP but firefox not worked. Also, cannot ping nor ssh to another local RPi

2. clicked top right hand corner to disconnect WiFi. Click to reconnect, the signal circle icon flashing and cannot connect.

3. my custom setting on font size, desktop dark mode were lost. The system restored itself to 'default' state.

Any idea that I may save the system? I can access files. Other functions, as far as I have tried, are ok.

Many thanks
