My setup is a raspberry pi 4 connected to a adv7280a-m eval board with an ntsc signal attached. I'm using gstreamer to display the image.
Same as the previous forum, about 30 lines of the bottom of the previous frame are repeated at the top of the frame.

You can see some details about what the signal is being advertised as in the first image. Specifically that it is accepted as 720x480.
From what I understand from the first forum this is a problem with what the adv board advertises as its resolution and what it is actually transmitting. 720x480 vs 720x525.
Is there a way I can force it to accept the incoming video as 720x525?
