Hello,
I'm new to Rasberry Pi OS but not to Linux. A few months ago I bought a Rasberry Pi 400 and now I installed the 64bit Version of Rasberry Pi OS, because most of the software that I use is 64bit.
Very important for me is musescore. It was easy to install musescore 2 out of the repository. I also tried to install Version 3, which is shown in the repository also, and it looked like I sucessfull installed it, but there was nothing shown in the menu, I tried to start it from the terminal with the command mscore - no reaction. Version 2 is much too old for me, more or less useless, because I'm used to sounding chord-symbols, which is featured from Version 3.something of musescore. I also understood, that I have to use a ARM Version of the software. And there is a new 64bit ARM-Version of musescore. So I downloaded this new ARM-version: "MuseScore-Studio-4.4.4.243461245-armv7l.AppImage"
AppImage meant in Linuxmint or Debian I can start Musescore by only clicking on the AppImage - file. But in Mint or Debian I first had to check "allow the file to be executed as a program", and then I could start it. In Rasberry Pi OS I do not find this checkbox in the properties. So the question is: How do I start this Musescore - AppImage.
Or - is "armv7l.AppImage" again the wrong version ?
Thanks for an answer
