Pi5, Bookworm with all updates applied.
For about the last three weeks I have noticed that once any of the above controls are clicked, clicking them again will not minimize them and while maximized, they consume one entire core of the CPU pushing the CPU to 25%. If an app is launched (Mousepad for this example) from the Taskbar, it opens, but it does not get focus and it's impossible to enter any text. The solution to date is to click on the Start Menu, which forces the volume control or calendar to minimize and then Mousepad becomes the active app and allows text to be entered. I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this behaviour.
