So what i am trying to do is use the pi 2 with ethernet and wifi adapter to connect to remote wifi and serve it up for internet access. Now i have done the usual search thing and there are several guides out there but the thing is i dont want nor need the dhcp thing of these solutions. So all i need is to connect the wifi to remote (done) connect to ethernet with a static ip then on any other machine on the network go to the ethernet IP and have that server up the wifi as internet.
I simply cant get this to work, all the guides seem to point to dhcp installation as well which breaks things. The local net is 192.168.0 and the remote 192.168.1. so this should be able to work.
Could anyone kindly point me in the right direction.
