Raspberry Pi OS • Is there a way to install Kodi 21.0 RC (or following nightly build) on RPi OS Bookworm 2024-03-13?

As subject.
I tried everything, but I can't add the repository.
Is there a way or is it impossible by purpose?
I'm trying to switch to Kodi 21 because it's a lot better with music libraries.
