Troubleshooting • Ethernet Port not working

I am trying to setup my pi 5 outside in my utility room where I have a bad wifi connection. I have a cat 6 cable there from my router and it works on other devices, but not on my pi. When I boot up, the pi's ethernet ports orange led blinks a few times and then nothing. dhcp is working on my router.

I am still new to linux so my troubleshooting skills are limited. Would anyone have any ideas on what I should try next?
