General • How to program the Pico from a headless Pi 4 ?

I have a device that is buit with a Pico and it can be connected to another device made with RPi 4. The RPi 4 can be programed through SSH from my laptop, but it will be nice if I can change the Pico program too from my laptop (through RPi 4). Is it possible ?
Does Thonny can be runned on headless PRi 4 ? I mean in terminal, in some text mode editor...
