Troubleshooting • ArduCam 16mp Camera not working with Lineage OS

Hi, I recently bought the ArduCam IMX519 16mp autofocus camera that supposed work with my raspberry pi cm4. On the cm4 I am running Konstakang's Lineage OS 20. I know the camera in lineage os works, because I used it with my v2 camera, I just wanted to use better camera. These are all the lines that are in my config file:
dtoverlay=imx519,cam0
start_x=1
dtoverlay=dt-blob
arm_boost=1
I am using the cmio/dt-blob-disp1-cam1.bin from the https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/.
