Troubleshooting • Pi3 Won't Boot

I setup my Pi 3 to use as a microscope, and it was working fine. Then as I was moving the microscope stand around, the Pi 3 got bumped and it turned off.

I tested the polyfuse for continuity and it was okay. I then tested the TVS diode and it looks correct, like a diode should. I tried to boot it still would not boot. I waited 24 hours and it still wouldn't boot with a fresh SD card install (SD card is confirmed good).

After that, I probed the power on the board and I am getting a solid 5.02V in multiple spots on the board.

Is it bricked? What else can I try? I didn't do anything crazy, it was just a small knock from the inspection light. It seems so weird it stopped working.

TIA
